Inspired by a passion for real estate, Taylor Levy founded Levy Land Trust with a commitment to excellence and integrity. Early in his career, Taylor started working for a boutique financial services firm focused on mortgage banking, which he expanded from its base in Long Island to offices in New York, New Jersey and Florida. Bank of America then recruited Taylor to manage a retail mortgage desk in New York City. Still intrigued by real estate, Taylor began acquiring and repositioning multi-family and commercial properties in 2003 building a substantial portfolio that promises to yield consistent returns.

He excels at analyzing the viability of properties, executing investment plans, and is proficient in all aspects of development from financing to construction and management. Throughout his career, Taylor has been involved in more than $150mm in combined real estate acquisition and financing transactions. He is also active in efforts to ensure responsible development and appropriate land conservation.

In 2018, Taylor successfully petitioned Palm Beach County to sell approximately 4.5 acres of land for $100,000 which he and two Delray Beach neighbors funded out of pocket. By imposing a deed restriction, the neighbors protected a unique piece of land running along Lake Ida to prevent development and ensure its preservation. The local wildlife and ecosystem continue to thrive because of these efforts.

Taylor helped bring to life his family's 501c3 non-profit organization "Uncle Anthony's Heart in Hand Mission" which raises money to help children with cancer and other debilitating diseases. Over the past few years he has been working in collaboration with Kids of Love, West Boca Medical Center and other local chapters to help reach as many children as possible. Taylor resides in Delray Beach with his wife Vanessa and 3 children Loudon, Taylor & Lawson.
